The emerging proposals includes 31 new dwellings and 142 sqm commercial unit within a nine storey block.
The ground floor provides a 142 sqm commercial unit to the south of the site where it will be highly visible and have a relationship with the other commercial premises along Uxbridge Road.
In addition, to this we will work with the Five Roads Community Group to identify any enhancements that can be made to the community garden as part of the plans, as this is an important community space.
